Issue a temporary password.

Settings › users. Reset password is on each row. Company admin or owner. There is no self-serve reset.

The second press signs their other sessions out and shows the temporary password on this page. Copy it to them, then leave. It cannot be shown again.

Reset password is on Pat's row. Pat is an operator at Example Co. Your own row is Alex. The button is the same on either row. It does not change their script key. Replace a script key is that other button.

Press once to arm it

The label turns into confirm: temporary password. Press it again to issue the password. It is shown once, their other sessions are signed out, and the next sign-in asks them to choose a new one. This shot stops before the second press, so no password was created.

An email username can also get a fresh invitation from invite on the row, and they set their own password from the link. That is Send the invitation again. Turning the account off is Disable a person's sign-in.
