Limit a report to workstations.

Every live report has the same who box. Workstation is one of the type ticks, next to server and laptop.

A laptop is not a workstation. Spare laptop stays out of this filter. Printer and other are the same row of ticks. Example Co has neither, so those ticks would say none of the 6 are that type.

Open the morning brief with every type

Open Morning brief. Under who, no type is ticked. The line says 6 of 6 machines. Workstation is one tick in that row, next to server and laptop. Limit a report to laptops is the laptop tick. None ticked still includes a machine with no type set.

Tick workstation

Tick workstation. The who line says 1 of 6 machines, and 0 online. Reception PC stays. The type column says workstation, the disk is 48%, checks are ok, and there is no open alert. The why column says ok. Reception PC is off, and it is excluded from offline alerts, so being off is not attention. The offline tile still counts 1, because the machine is not connected. Attention is 0. Spare laptop is a laptop, so it drops out, along with Accounts server, files01, Lab host and Branch router. Clear filters appears once a type is ticked. This guide presses it at the end, so the next report is the whole company again.
