Send the invitation again.
Settings › users. Invite is on someone else's row when their username is an email. It does not change their password.
The button reads invite until a link is still outstanding, then resend invite. Either press sends a new link and voids the old one.

Open Settings › users
Invite is on Pat's row. Pat already has a password, and no invitation is waiting, so the button still says invite. Press it to email a new seven-day link. If a link was already sent and not used, the button says resend invite and the new one replaces it. When the hub has no mail set up, the link is shown once on this page instead. This shot stops before the press, so no link was created. Your own row is Alex, and it has no invite button.
Creating the person is Invite a teammate. A forgotten password, with the account still active, is Issue a temporary password. They set their own password from the link.
