Ask BE AI about the machines in a report.

Every live report has Discuss on the bar. The conversation is the machines the filters currently include, not the saved name.

The question is still yours. Quick links fill the box and do not send. BE AI reads what the hub already holds for that set. It does not open a live tool on every machine.

Open a report and press discuss

Open Morning brief with no type or tag ticked, then press discuss. The title is Morning brief, and the line under it says this set of machines. That is everyone you can see in Example Co. Tick server first and the same button is only the servers. A saved report uses the saved name as the title. Quick links fill the box. Write the question and press send. This shot stops before that. A change on one machine is still a proposal you approve, and the proposal names that machine.

Discuss modal titled Morning brief, about this set of machines, with an empty composer — Discuss Morning brief. The composer is about the set. Send has not been pressed.

One machine is still Ask BE AI about a machine. A site or the whole fleet is Ask BE AI about a group. Narrowing the set first is Limit a report to servers. Saving the filters is Save a report you will open again.
