Ignore a drive that is full on purpose.

Work › storage › drives. One drive, this machine only.

An ignored drive raises no disk alert and does not start a BE AI investigation. It is left out of the machine's disk max, so the fleet does not show the machine as full. The heartbeat still records it, and watch again puts it back.

Find the drive

Open the machine, then work › storage. Drives lists every drive from the last heartbeat. files01's /mnt/backup is 97% full because the backup software keeps it that way.

Press ignore

Press ignore on that drive. It shows ignored and greys out. An open disk alert for it closes. Press watch again to undo.

A disk that should alert again once it passes a higher mark is Accept a known condition.
