See when the external address changed.

A site that fails over — fibre to a 4G backup, or back again — shows up as a new address. The tile keeps the previous one. The event is on this machine's history.

The same tiles sit on the overview and on Network. A shared NAT address the hub cannot tell apart is shown as unknown, not as a change.

Read the external IP tile

Open the machine. The address tiles are on the overview and again at the top of network › network. External IP is what the agent learned from the internet. When it has changed, the line under it is since the new address, and was the one before. Accounts server is on 203.0.113.50 and was 203.0.113.40. That change is also an event, external_ip_changed, on this machine's events. A gateway change and a WAN-path change (which uplink is online) are recorded the same way. See how a machine is connected is the rest of this tab, including the LAN snapshot.
