Open Work › actions, then BE AI

Open the machine, then work › actions, and open BE AI on this machine. Included in BE AI starts ticked. With it ticked, discuss works, an alert can start an investigation, and the nightly pass can look at this machine. Name a machine and put it in a group is the identity panel above.

Clear included in BE AI

Clear included in BE AI. It saves immediately. Discuss on this machine is off. An open alert does not start an investigation here, and the nightly pass skips it. Heartbeats, checks and alerts keep going. Tick it again to bring BE AI back. The two lines under it, investigate alerts and the daily pass, are how you limit BE AI without turning it off entirely.

Investigate alerts automatically skips the auto-run when an alert opens, and still allows a person to press discuss. That tick on its own is Stop automatic investigations on one machine. The scheduled daily pass is the nightly review. Both sit under included in BE AI. Clearing only the pass is Skip the nightly pass on one machine. Temp cleanup on the same panel is Empty temp files when a disk fills. A desktop that powers off at night is Leave a desktop out of offline alerts.
