The new-user row starts on operator. Change it before you press create. This shot does not create anyone.
The picture is the new-user row. The role menu starts on operator · works the machines. Example Co is not ticked yet. Create has not been pressed. The people already in the company sit in the table under this row. That table is Invite a teammate.
The menu now reads company admin · also manages users and the install link. Example Co is ticked, so the new person would belong to that company. Pressing create would send a 7-day invitation to jordan@example.com and show a script key once. This shot stops before that press. The last step puts the menu back on operator and clears the email, so nothing is left half-filled.
The same choice sits on My company › users. Inviting an operator, which is the menu's starting point, is Invite a teammate. Turning a sign-in off later is Disable a person's sign-in. A login for a customer's own people is Let a customer manage their computers, not this menu.
