Show only failed proposals.

Proposals. All statuses is the default. Failed is the rows that did not start, or that the machine refused.

A group with nothing waiting starts collapsed. Expand all opens it. The awaiting count on the bar is the whole queue, not this filter.

Open the whole queue

Open Proposals. All statuses is the default. Accounts server has three rows. List the largest folders on / is still waiting, so reject all 1 is on the group. Vacuum the system journal failed because allow_shell is off on this machine. Measure /var/log ran and exited 1. The count is 3 of 3. The menu also has executed and rejected. Changing it does not approve or run anything.

Proposals page showing waiting, failed, and executed rows for Accounts server
All statuses. One waiting, one failed, one executed, on Accounts server.
02

Keep only failed

Set the status menu to failed. The waiting row and the executed row drop out. Vacuum the system journal stays, with the reason allow_shell is off. The list is 1 of 3. The bar still says 1 awaiting approval, because that count is the whole queue. A group with nothing waiting starts collapsed, so expand all opens it. Retry is on the row. This shot does not press it. Set the menu back to all statuses to see the three rows again.

Proposals page filtered to failed, showing only the journal vacuum on Accounts server
Status is failed. Only the journal vacuum remains. Expand all is what opened the group.

Keeping every status and only changing the headings is Group the approval queue. Running one again is Retry a proposal that failed. A command that ran and exited with an error is Diagnose a command that failed. Approving the waiting row is Approve or reject a proposal. What a sub-company user sees, with no retry, is Show only the proposals that failed on your machines.
