Work an open alert.
The hub opens one alert per machine and problem. It resolves itself when the condition clears. You do not have to close it by hand.

Open Alerts
The open tab is everything still happening. Ack means a person saw it. Resolve is for when the hub did not notice it cleared. Both open a box for an optional comment; comment on the row is the thread. Acknowledge an alert and Resolve an alert by hand walk through those two buttons. Discuss asks BE AI about that machine. Told shows whether a rule actually sent a message. The full list of those deliveries is See what an alert sent. Leave a comment walks through the box.
The status menu on this page is See resolved alerts on the alerts page. The report of what already cleared is See alerts that already cleared.
